QAP LOGO

A name like Quality Assurance Professionals meant that I had to come with the crispy high pro look for the logo and other materials. I also wanted something showing the company was solid, hence the weighted ball finish.

LOOKWETV 1?

Now… when I heard “LOOK WE” tv, the attitude of Caribbean people is what came to mind instantly so I couldn’t resist doing this option. As much as they were pleased and as tempting as it was for them, they felt safer going more corporate. I had to show you though. It’s sick!

LOOKWETV

They wanted a logo for an up and coming online tv station showcasing Caribbean programming that was simple, strong, and Caribbean without going the typical route of all the bright colours and frills and flowers, etc. I delivered it all by using this bold font, colours that suggest sea, sky sand and sun (the more true colours not the I’ll blind you because I’m from the Caribbean ones) and encased it in black to ensure they always stand out.

LITTLE LABELS LOGO

One word, CUTE.  The colour scheme was the client’s. I think she was onto something here.

LITTLE LABELS FLYER

The client wanted a bit of grunge mixed with the cute and some emphasis on the brands as it all really said what they were about. It worked well and the prints were awesome.

AUDIOWORKS LOGO

This logo I did eons ago. It made and maintained a name for me when it comes to design. It’s strong, clean, memorable and stands the test of time, just the way a logo should.

Homesick – Guyana

HVMedia created the Homesick ad series, appealing to Caribbean folk residing outside their homelands seeking to keep in touch with their roots. Here’s a banner designed for use in Guyana’s Cheddi Jagan International Airport. The banner is the strip below the large picture of the model. I placed the large pic on top so you can see the detail better. Those colours weren’t on her face for the shoot, I put those on and enhanced the tear in photoshop.

SEE AND HEAR

The idea was to let people know they could stream Trinidad & Tobago multimedia content from the JumpTv website. To depict this, using the tag line, “For All The World to See and Hear” I came up with the concept of using a play button in the national colours as if to say, play Trinidad & Tobago. Nailed it.
